Meet Bethan
Contact Centre Manager

My name's Bethan. I've been with the company now for 14 years. I started in 1994. I'm responsible for a team both at Wrexham office and I have responsibility for a team in the north, in Glasgow.

My proudest achievement is rejoining as a team member where I was answering the telephone to now, just a few years later, being head of my own department. I've always been encouraged to take on new challenges and the support of my line manager throughout my career has been fantastic.

One of the main attractions about my decision to work in ScottishPower was that they offered training and development opportunities.

My role is diverse and every day brings something new. I've a great team at both locations, and travelling between the both sides is both enjoyable and rewarding. And also, I could be speaking to customers, that's also a big part of my role.

I would encourage anyone who I believed had the right drive and passion to work for ScottishPower. The work is both interesting and challenging and the working conditions are friendly. With the support of your colleagues you will have the opportunities to progress, if you want to take them.
