We’re the voice of ScottishPower to new and existing customers. At the heart of our Energy Retail business, our Contact Centre Teams interact with millions of customers via phone, email and letter. Passionate about meeting the needs of our customers, we answer a diverse range of enquiries, resolving any queries about customer accounts quickly, accurately and professionally.
Based at five UK call centres, we’ve seven specialist teams responsible for everything from setting up payments and dealing with any complaints to collecting outstanding debt where appropriate. As well as answering queries via phone, we’ve a variety of back office teams who deal with written customer correspondence and provide administrative support such as cleansing accounts.
Working with a diverse range of teams across the business to answer enquiries and provide a positive customer experience, our actions directly influence customer loyalty as well as the reputation and success of our business.
Although we’re proud of our reputation for serving our customers well, we’re constantly seeking new ways to improve efficiency, first call resolution and the overall customer experience.
Back-office Team: We’ve a diverse range of roles for people with good administration skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Call Centre Agents & Team Leaders: Responsible for talking to our customers and handling a variety of enquiries, you’ll need to be resilient, self-motivated, a good communicator and above all – customer focused.
