Our graduate schemes

All of our schemes offer great training and the opportunity to play a key role in exciting new challenges that are unique in terms of their size, scope and diversity. We’ll empower you to perform at your best and support your development every step of the way.
Lasting for two years, our schemes involve on the job experience and a number of different placements, giving you exposure to a wide network of colleagues and fellow graduates within ScottishPower. Join us as a graduate engineer and you’ll receive superb hands on technical training from the start as you work towards Chartered Engineer status with institutions such as IMechE or IET.
