At least a 2:2 honours degree or equivalent (predicted or gained) in a relevant discipline, although the minimum requirement for the Energy Retail programme is a 2:1. Please refer to our graduate programmes section for further information.
You'll also need full eligibility to work in the UK (we'll not be able to sponsor you for a work permit) and the willingness to travel to our sites across Scotland, England and Wales.

Yes. Simply seek approval prior to making any arrangements in connection with all travel and/or overnight accommodation and we’ll reimburse you for any reasonable travel expenses.
Yes. All offers of employment are made subject to satisfactory completion of a medical assessment and receipt of satisfactory references following testing under our Policy on Alcohol & Drugs.
In exceptional circumstances, you may be required to work outside of your normal contractual hours.
Yes. All of our employees are subject to a probationary period of 6 months.
